KUPPI INFORMATION : DELIVERIES

Kuppi is part of the Kuppi group of websites. We can only accept one delivery address per order.

If you are out when this delivery takes place a card will be left. Simply call the telephone number printed on the card to make arrangements for you to collect your package. In most cases we will deliver in stock items within 5 to 10 working days if ordered before 3pm GMT on a working day to UK addresses.

Goods that are awaiting stock are usually dispatched within two weeks and we will keep you informed by email. If you need assistance with a previous order or require further information, please call our customer services on 0845 833 2323.

All stated delivery dates are estimates only and Kuppi and its suppliers shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or other expenses incurred by you directly or indirectly due to any failure to meet any delivery date.



RETURNS POLICY
Should you wish to return your order once you have taken delivery, you must notify us via telephone or email within 5 days that you are returning your purchase. The 5 day period commences from the day after you have received the goods.

Goods should be returned either enclosed in their original packaging or with adequate protective packaging.

You will be responsible for the return of the item(s) until received. However if we have arranged to collect the item(s) you are responsible for the item(s) until collected by us.

You are responsible for the cost of return (including our reasonable costs of collection where we collect the item(s), which may be deducted from any refund due to you). Funds will be credited to you by the original method used when purchased. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of being returned.

Please allow a suitable time for the refund to appear on your statement.



FAULTY GOODS
At Kuppi we take great care in packaging our goods to ensure that they are despatched in excellent condition. We will, within the first 5 days, offer you a choice of either a refund or an exchange of goods that have arrived faulty, provided that the fault has been reported to us within this 5 day period.



COMPLAINTS
Kuppi prides ourselves on the level of service we offer our customers. However should you have any reason for complaint with regard to our service levels, please call our customer services on 0845 833 2323 (Calls charged at local rate), or email customer services.

When contacting us with a complaint please include as much information as possible, this will help us to better understand the problems. All complaints will kept confidential and be dealt with in the following manner:

• You will receive a response to your initial contact within 24 hours.
• We aim to resolve all problems within seven working days of notification.
• We will keep you updated with the progress of your complaint.

PRIVACY NOTICE
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process any orders you may place with us and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent or unless it is to notify you of support or billing related incidents that may affect your service. We will not pass your email address to other trusted traders unless you agree.

The type of information we will collect about you can include:
